What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for customized skincare products, and what customization dimensions are available?

The regular MOQ for single products is 500-1000 bottles (adjustable based on product type, e.g., 1000 pieces for masks), with flexible combinations supported for small-to-medium batch customization. Customization dimensions include: formula (active ingredients, skin type adaptation, compliance certifications such as EU COSMOS/US FDA), formulation type (serum, cream, mask, etc.), packaging (bottle design, logo printing, multilingual labels), and fragrance/color tone (tailored to target market preferences).

Can the products meet the compliance certifications of the target market? How is quality control guaranteed?

We provide targeted compliance support for different markets, including EU CPNP registration, US FDA listing, Middle East Halal certification, etc. Quality control adheres to a "three-level quality inspection system": raw material procurement (verifying global supplier qualifications + test reports), production (100,000-class cleanroom with fully automated production + real-time monitoring), and finished products (16 indicators testing such as microbiology and stability + third-party authoritative reports). Non-conforming products are 100% reworked.

What constitutes the customized quotation? Can the plan and price be adjusted after the order is confirmed?

The quotation includes raw material costs (fluctuating by ingredient grade), R&D fees (separately calculated for new formula development; no R&D fee for reused formulas), production fees, packaging fees, and logistics costs. Adjustments to formula/packaging details are allowed within 7 working days after order confirmation. If ingredient upgrades or MOQ changes are involved, a supplementary quotation will be provided and production will proceed only after confirmation.

What is the lead time from plan confirmation to finished product delivery? How is cross-border logistics arranged?

Regular customization lead time: formula confirmation + sampling (7-10 working days) → production (15-20 working days) → quality inspection + packaging (3-5 working days), totaling 30-35 working days. Rush orders (within MOQ) can be shortened to 25 working days. We cooperate with DHL/FedEx and overseas warehouses (US/Germany/Japan) to provide door-to-door (DDP) services. Customs clearance documents (commercial invoice, certification reports) are prepared in advance by specialists to ensure efficient customs clearance.

How to resolve formula adjustments or quality issues after trial orders?

3-5 free samples are provided for testing during the trial order phase, with 2 free formula adjustments supported. If quality issues arise with finished products (confirmed by third-party testing), we commit to responding within 48 hours, offering options such as full replacement, re-production, or partial refund. Long-term cooperative clients are assigned dedicated technical consultants to provide after-sales support including formula optimization and market compliance updates.
